Goldfrapp are firmly back in the pop camp with the insanely catchy Rocket, and Kim Gehrig has delivered a suitably sexy, colourful promo which sees a vengeful Alison Goldfrapp enjoying her very own trucker’s delight.
The post production required to create Alison’s road movie environment – done at Moving Picture Company – has meant its been a long road to completing the vid too, which Alison referred to in the band’s blog. “You’re probably wondering where the hell the Rocket video is… there has been quite a bit of post production on this (and very little budget) so people have been working really hard to get it to you as soon as we possibly can.”
Good work people – now I can’t get that chorus out of my head.
